Health Tracking System App consists of 3-level User Architecture, i.e. Admin, Sub-Admin, Member(Doctor). Member can add new patient (with family members optional). While adding a new patient, Unique-ID will be created. Member can search for previous patients through their 'unique-ID' or 'Patient name' and see if there is any history of the patient. Member can also add the OPD for particular patient. Member can see Reports of his (login specific) village. Admin can register new Sub-Admin. At the same time, Admin can manage Sub-Admin's status, i.e. Active/Inactive and can see Reports of all villages.
